The Lenape Valley Foundation recently received a $100,000 donation from Fulton Bank for its new behavioral health crisis facility, the Bright Path Center.

The funds were donated as part of the Neighborhood Assistance Program, a tax credit initiative designed to help locally based revitalization organizations. The center will open this summer.

“We are deeply grateful to Fulton Bank for this generous contribution to support behavioral health care in Bucks County,” said Dave Herold, CEO of Lenape Valley Foundation. “These funds enable us to make Bright Path Center a place of hope and healing for everyone. As we prepare to open the center’s doors, we look forward to establishing this deeply necessary resource for thousands of individuals and families in our area.”

The new center is located next to the foundation’s existing outpatient site near Doylestown Hospital. Bright Path is the first of its kind in the state, created to transform the county’s behavioral health crisis care.

“Bright Path Center will serve as a critical resource for individuals and families in Bucks County facing behavioral health and substance use challenges, and we’re proud to support this center that will deliver compassionate, coordinated care close to home,” said Bill Maeglin of Fulton Bank.

The center will be open 24/7 to assist individuals experiencing urgent challenges related to mental health, drug and alcohol use, and/or intellectual disabilities.
