Chase to Open 4 Branches in Bucks County as Part of Nationwide Expansion

Chase Bank will open 14 new branches in Greater Philadelphia this year as part of a nationwide expansion, including four in Bucks County.

As part of a nationwide expansion, Chase Bank will open 14 new branches in Greater Philadelphia this year, including four that are planned for Bucks County, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The company will add a total of 160 locations in 30 states and renovate around 600 existing sites. According to parent company JPMorgan Chase, the initiative is part of a multibillion-dollar investment to “expand access to affordable and convenient financial services nationwide.”

The bank’s move will also continue its multiyear expansion strategy that was announced in February 2024, which aims to open more than 500 new branches and add over 3,500 employees nationwide within three years.

The plan seeks to grow the Philadelphia region’s branch count to 100 by 2027, up from 58 at the time. Currently, the bank operates 75 local branches, having added 17 in the past two years, and it is on track to reach 89 by year-end.

The four new Bucks County branches will open at 600 Town Center in New Britain, 5829 Easton Road in Pipersville, 1279 Lincoln Highway in Levittown, and 6542 Lower York Road in New Hope.
