Looking for Fun Activities This Weekend? Check Out These Bucks County Events

Whether you’re looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day or even Presidents’ Day, there are plenty of events in Bucks County to check out.

For those looking to do something fun this holiday weekend, there are a variety of events and activities taking place around Bucks County to enjoy, writes Kaitlin Nasevich for Visit Bucks County.  

Celebrate Valentine’s Day this Saturday at the Love is Brewing event in The Square at Dublin Town Center. Peruse the shopping center and enjoy tasty sips from Neshaminy Creek Brewing offered at each store.  

Head to the Mercer Museum in Doylestown on Feb. 14 for the Taste of Cacao event with food historian Susan Plaisted. Visitors will be able to enjoy specially made cacao tea and hot chocolate at this free, outdoor event. 

Also on Feb. 14, Crossing Vineyards and Winery in Newtown is hosting its own Mardi Gras Celebration, bringing New Orleans to the county. Enjoy live music, tasty snacks, drinks, and king cake cupcakes. 

Check out Bristol Riverside Theatre for their latest show, “The Net Will Appear.” The production runs through Feb. 22, telling a funny, heartwarming story about finding friendship in unlikely places. 

On Feb. 15, celebrate George Washington’s 294th birthday at Washington Crossing Historic Park. Attendees can create birthday cards, watch Washington cut his own cake with his sword, and more.
