Doylestown's dining scene is set to welcome a new addition First Watch, a popular breakfast and brunch chain.

Doylestown’s dining scene is set to welcome a new addition as First Watch, a popular breakfast and brunch chain, announces the opening of its first Bucks County location, writes Jeff Werner for The Patch.

The 5,000-square-foot restaurant will find its home in Barn Plaza, taking over a site formerly occupied by an Applebee’s in the Route 611 shopping center.

Specializing in daytime dining, First Watch is renowned for its fresh, made-to-order meals featuring a chef-driven menu that boasts both classic and innovative offerings like Quinoa Power Bowls, Avocado Toast, and its signature Million Dollar Bacon.

First Watch’s expansion into Doylestown is part of its broader growth strategy, with more than 520 locations across 29 states.

This new restaurant joins other nearby establishments in Montgomeryville, Abington, and Huntingdon Valley. The chain’s commitment to quality and a “You First” service culture continues to endear it to patrons nationwide.

Adding to Barn Plaza’s burgeoning culinary landscape, First Watch will be in good company alongside a new Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, and the soon-to-open Philadelphia-based honeygrow eatery.

As Doylestown residents and visitors eagerly anticipate the array of dining options, First Watch is poised to become a go-to destination for breakfast and brunch enthusiasts.
