November Data Shows Slight Cooling in Bucks County’s Red-Hot Housing Market

Based on statistics, Bucks County's housing market was showing signs of cooling in November, with home prices below October's average.

The red-hot housing market in Bucks County showed signs of cooling in November, as home prices slipped below the previous month’s median of $515,000, writes USA TODAY Network for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Realtor.com’s latest data indicates that the median home price in November was $475,000, which was a 7.8 percent drop from October and a five percent decline from November 2024. At that time the median stood at $500,000.

The median selling price for single-family homes went down from $560,000 in October to $515,000 in November, an eight percent decline. Compared with November 2024, the price was 3.7 percent lower than the previous year’s median of $535,000.

During the month, 33 homes sold for $1 million or more, up from 25 in November 2024.

Condominiums and townhomes saw a 3.1 percent decline in median sales price over the same period, falling to $435,000 from $449,000 in October. Year over year, the median price increased 1.8 percent from $427,500.

In November, seven condominiums or townhomes sold for $1 million or more, up from four in November 2024.
