If you are planning to get married but want to avoid the elaborate and costly celebration, you can take advantage of the next free wedding and vow-renewal event, Vows and Valentines, hosted by the Bucks County Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court on Feb. 13, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
The event, held at the Bucks County Administration Building in Doylestown from 12 PM to 2 PM, will start with a vow-renewal ceremony followed by wedding nuptials. Cantor Neil Schnitzer and Mouza Gornostaeva are among the officiants.
Among the features provided for the ceremony are bridal flowers, boutonnieres, photography by CK Photography, videography by James Donnelly, and live music by the Mervin Toussaint Jazz Band.
A catered lunch is also offered, but only two guests per couple can attend due to space limits.
Space for the ceremony is limited, so couples who are interested in participating should sign up as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected] no later than Feb. 2.
Couples taking part must have their marriage license secured by Feb. 9.
