Seven Bucks County towns recently made a list of the top 30 cities with the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania, according to a ranking by Stacker. The site used data from Zillow to compile its list.
The Bucks County town with the most expensive home values in the state, ranked at No. 4, was New Hope. The typical home value was $897,057, a 4.1 percent one-year increase and a five-year increase of 41.6 percent.
The next Bucks County spot on the list was Furlong, which came in at No. 11. This town had a typical home value of $727,644, a 3.9 percent increase since the previous year.
Richboro was ranked at No. 12, with a typical home value of $686,158. This shows a 6.1 percent increase over one year and a five-year increase of 43.8 percent.
Next on the list is Churchville, which had an average home value of $674,706. This spot, placed at No. 14, has seen values rise 5.7 percent since last year and 44.5 percent over five years.
The next Bucks town featured in the list, ranked at No. 21, was Yardley, with a typical home value of $615,462. This is a one-year value increase of six percent.
Chalfont was placed at No. 27 on Stacker’s list, with a typical home value of $588,757. The borough had a 2.8 percent increase since last year, and a five-year increase of 40.5 percent.
The final Bucks County town featured on the list, ranked at No. 29, was Langhorne. The typical home value was $569,950, a 4.8 percent one-year increase and a five-year increase of 44.3 percent.
