This New Year’s Eve, Stella of New Hope is offering two special experiences for guests to enjoy, writes Jeff Werner for Patch.
The first experience is a multi-course Chef’s Tasting Menu dinner from 5 to 9 PM for $165 per guest plus gratuity and tax.
The four-course meal, crafted by Executive Chef Keith Bernstein, features delicious dishes paired with unique vegetable creations and winter flavors. Guests can choose one dish per course.
The first course features options like Freshly Shucked East and West Coast Oysters, a King Trumpet “Crab,” an Artisanal Cheese Plate, and Kampachi Crudo.
For the second course, choose from delicious options like Seared Diver Scallop, Wild Boar Ragù & Pappardelle, Rolling Hills Farm Asparagus, and Black Truffle Panisse.
The third course includes Lobster Bouillabaisse, Roasted Duck Breast, Pressed Short Rib “Steak,” and Roasted Sugarloaf Cabbage to select from.
The meal will round out with an assortment of tasty desserts. An optional wine pairing is available for $65.
Dinner guests will receive a complimentary cocktail and a discounted ticket to Stella’s New Year’s Eve DJ Dance Party for $55.
Stella’s New Year’s Eve DJ Dance Party, the second experience of the evening, runs from 9 PM to 1 AM.
Attendees will enjoy light fare, a cash bar, desserts, music, and a complimentary midnight champagne toast.
Tickets are available for $125 per guest plus gratuity and tax.
