Every year, Chester County introduces a new class of rising leaders whose vision and drive make the region stronger. Now, with nominations open for the 2026 VISTA NextGen Superstars, it’s time to celebrate the young adults whose impact deserves recognition.

Whether they’re leading in business, volunteering in the community, studying hard, or just quietly reshaping their corner of the county — if they’re under 40 and making waves, VISTA Today wants to honor them.

Who Qualifies

  • Adults 39 or younger (as of April 30, 2026) who live, work, or study in Chester County.
  • People who have shown real achievement — from career milestones to community engagement to innovative thinking — and have positively impacted their workplace or neighborhood.
  • Nominees can be an employee, a colleague, a friend, or even yourself. Self-nominations are encouraged.

VISTA NextGen Superstars isn’t just about recognizing success. It’s about shining a light on people who are shaping the future of Chester County, people who combine ambition with heart, leadership with compassion, and personal drive with community spirit.

Past honorees have launched nonprofits, pushed change in their industries, mentored others, and helped make their local communities stronger. It’s a platform that celebrates not just individual achievement but collective impact.

Nominations for the 2026 class are open now and will be accepted through Jan. 23. Honorees will be announced starting Feb. 10. Their profiles will go live on VISTA Today beginning March 2.

The VISTA NextGen Superstars Awards Reception & Celebration will take place Thursday, April 30, at the Penn State Great Valley Conference Center — a premier gathering that brings together emerging talent, community leaders and supporters.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit a local nonprofit in a tradition that links individual honor with community support. This year’s beneficiary is the Chester County OIC, a Coatesville-based organization dedicated to advancing education and workforce development across the region.

Communities thrive when we notice and uplift people who quietly go above and beyond — the innovators, the volunteers, the risk-takers. If you know someone who deserves that spotlight, now’s the time to make it happen.

Sponsors are also being sought for this year’s program. Learn more about how your organization can partner with VISTA Today to celebrate excellence, leadership, and community impact across Chester County.
