LPN Positions
Freedom Village at Brandywine is currently hiring for one part-time LPN, 2-10:30 PM, and one full-time LPN, 10 PM-6:30 AM. This role is eligible for a shift differential of $1.25 for evenings during the week and $2.50 on the weekends. Salary is starting at $30/hour.
Sign-on Bonus of $500 for full-time night shift.
Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality-focused LPN to join its team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Resident Caregivers for our Personal Care Home/Assisted Living.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote the independent lifestyle of residents.
- Responsible for the identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
- Provide a daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
- Provide nursing care according to the physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
Qualifications for this position:
- Current nursing license valid in Pennsylvania.
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

Medication Technician
Starting at $18/hour on all shifts, with shift differential for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
Freedom Village is seeking certified medication technicians on all three shifts. DHS certification is required.
Responsibilities with this position:
- Assist with ambulation and mobility.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Report any unusual incidents.
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
- Works as a member of the team.
- Gets along well with co-workers.
- Accepts change in a positive manner.
Qualifications for this position:
- You have Medication Technician experience.
- You hold a DHS certification.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
