New Hope luxury real estate brokerage Addison Wolfe has named Nick Esser as its new managing partner, bringing him after nine months with Serhant Pennsylvania, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The firm has also appointed former Coldwell Banker agent Tracey Castelli Foote as director of operations.
Art Mezzei, Addison Wolfe founder and partner, will continue serving as part of the leadership team while focusing on sales.
Esser spent 2017 through early 2025 at Addison Wolfe before moving to New York-based luxury brokerage Serhant. Now back at Addison Wolfe, he will oversee a 40-agent office and aims to expand it further.
“Sky’s the limit,” he said. “I would love to grab another 40 quality agents soon.”
He attributed his return to the firm’s close-knit culture and dedication to Bucks County and noted that being back in New Hope is important both for himself and his clients.
“Everyone knows who Addison Wolfe is and I miss having that name recognition and prestige [in Bucks County],” he said.
Meanwhile, prior to joining her new firm, Foote served on the Doylestown-based Deana Corrigan Team before moving to Coldwell Banker Hearthside for a five-month tenure.
