Freedom Village at Brandywine is hiring multiple caregiver full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions on all shifts.
Pay rate starts at $16/hour with shift differential for nights, evenings, and weekends.
This position comes with a $500 sign-on bonus.
Freedom Village is seeking Caregivers for its Personal Care Home. All caregivers must complete the Direct Care Competency training and provide a copy of their certificate at the time of hire. If you are not certified, Freedom Village will provide you with the opportunity to take and complete the course.

Certified Nursing Aide
Freedom Village is seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to join its skilled nursing clinical team. There are currently openings for 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM. The starting pay range for this position is $18/hr with exceptional shift differentials. **Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range, as it is dependent on skills and experience
This position comes with a $750 sign-on bonus for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift. You’ll receive $250 in your first paycheck, and the remaining $500 after 90 days.
Freedom Village is searching for compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants with a strong desire to provide excellent care to its residents who reside in the skilled nursing center.
Responsbilities:
- Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly.
- Work as a member of the team.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a state-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. Prior geriatric Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred. Registration with the State registry is required.

Server
Freedom Village is searching for full- and part-time servers during part-time evening hours to assist during the dinner meal in both independent living, skilled nursing, and personal care. There are also full-time server positions available that would work primarily on the day shift in the skilled nursing and personal care departments.
Positions start at $13.25 an hour.
Freedom Village offers tuition reimbursement through its resident council; in 2024-2025, residents raised over $134,000 that was distributed to rising college freshmen and business professionals looking to further their education at Freedom Village at Brandywine.
Responsbilities:
- Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
- Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
- Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
- Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take orders, provide service, and provide requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables.
- Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
- Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure.
- Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
- Experience in food service work preferred.
- Experience in working with seniors is preferred.
