Hellerick’s Adventure Farm in Doylestown is the perfect spot for families looking to enjoy some activities this fall, with more than 40 attractions to explore, reports Jennaphr Frederick for FOX 29 Philadelphia.
The farm boasts a five-acre corn maze perfect for kids. This year, the maze has been shaped to form a special picture of two goats and a sunflower when viewed from above.
This year’s design pays homage to their fields of sunflowers and the many goats they have at the farm.
Along with the corn maze, the farm also features an 18-hole mini golf course that’s fun for all ages. Families can also enjoy the obstacle courses for kids, tractor rides, aerial adventure park, silo climbing wall and more.
“Our theme here is natural play,” said Paul Hellerick, the vice president of the farm. “We take natural things from the farm and turn them into fun activities because we think it’s great that kids can just get off their screens and just be kids.”
Those visiting can also check out the variety of pumpkins, squashes and gourds available, and try their ice cream, baked goods and fresh apple cider.
