Bucks County Homes Transform into Spooky Haunted Attractions This October

Bucks County residents are celebrating Halloween by transforming their homes into spooky haunted attractions, and there are several standouts.

Residents throughout Bucks County are getting in the Halloween spirit by turning their homes into thrilling haunted attractions, writes Michele Haddon and Jo Ciavaglia for the Bucks County Courier Times

Light Up 394, located at 394 Hidden Oaks Drive in Lower Makefield, features a pirate-themed display. Guests can walk through the front yard to see the decorations and projections. Lights will be on between 6 and 9 PM, and special events will be taking place each Friday until Halloween.  

Green Heather Light House is ready to wow locals with computer-animated LED shows at 4814 Green Heather Court in Buckingham. Starting Oct. 11, the shows will run from 6:30 to 9:30 PM Sundays to Thursdays and from 6:30 to 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Visitors can listen from their cars by tuning into 87.9 FM. 

Pipersville Projections is a family-friendly show located at 5056 Kratz Carriage Road. The show is digitally projected onto the home from dusk to 10 PM. The projections are themed after classic Halloween movies, like “Haunted Mansion,” “Hocus Pocus” and “Beetlejuice.” Dim your headlights and tune into 92.7 FM to enjoy.  

Croydon Haunted Hallows is another thrilling attraction at 507 Girard Ave. Visitors can walk through the interactive display on Oct. 26 and Oct. 31 from 7 to 9 PM. Sensory-friendly walk-throughs for those with special needs will take place Oct. 26 from 4 to 6 PM and Oct. 31 from 5 to 6 PM.
