First Watch recently opened its first location in Bucks County at Barn Plaza in Doylestown, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
The made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch spot is located at 1745 South Easton Road, occupying a 3,900-square-foot space accommodating over 150 people.
Customers can enjoy high-quality dishes made with fresh ingredients from their rotating seasonal menu.
The menu will change five times per year, with the first rotation launching this winter.
Among their most popular items are the farmhouse hash, avocado toast, million dollar bacon and lemon ricotta pancakes.
Each morning, the First Watch team begins by juicing produce to create their selection of fresh juices for the day. Customers can also enjoy their Project Sunrise coffee, from women-operated South American farms.
From now until Sept. 12, Doylestown customers will have unlimited access to Project Sunrise coffee with any meal.
The store will be open from 7 AM to 2:30 PM daily for dine-in, pick-up and delivery.
First Watch has over 600 restaurants across the country and has won a variety of awards, including Newsweek’s Readers’ Choice Awards’ No. 1 “Best Breakfast” for 2025.
