20 Emerging Leaders Under 40 Include 4 From Delaware County

Main Line Today has identified four successful entrepreneurs under 40 from Delaware County

Main Line Today has spotted 20 talented people all under 40 who are making a difference, including four from Delaware County, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today.

Alaina Kearney of Springfield is the director of Vertical & Public Sector Marketing, Comcast Business, and is also vice chair for the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce’s foundation.

 “I thrive on building relationships,” she said. “It’s that blend of strategic thinking and real human connection that fuels me.”

Marcella Marino of Newtown Square is CEO and founder of MaRosa’s, offering a line of sauces and bronze-cut pasta.

The 25-year-old founded MaRosa’s in 2021. Today, her boutique brand is found in 200 stores across the country.

Kyle Woodland of Media is CEO and founder of KWS Productions.

The 29-year-old was diagnosed with autism at age four, went on to play semi-professional soccer, and has had a successful modeling career.

He founded KWS Productions, focusing on neurodivergent and autistic creatives.

Stephanie D’Angelo of Broomall is the founder and CEO of HerClub, helping to bring women to golf.

The 37-year-old founded her company after finding no websites supporting female golfers.

HerClub is now a community of over 1,000, helping women gain professional leverage through golf.
