Four Homes in Bucks County Among Top Ten Sales in the Philly Region

Four of the ten most expensive home sales in the Philadelphia region last week were in Bucks County.

Bucks County accounted for four of the ten most expensive home sales in the Philadelphia region last week, according to a staff report from the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The highest value home sale in Bucks County and the fourth-highest in the region last week was 7 Belamour Drive in Washington Crossing, which sold for $2.08 million. Alan K. Eckert and Joanne M. Eckert were the sellers, and Sudesh K. Mehta and Shobna Mehta the buyers.

The second-highest sale in the county and sixth in the region was 1021 Cooper Road in Newtown, which sold for $1.9 million. Scott L. Cohen and Dawn J. Cohen sold the home to Nikoletta Fotiadis and Timur Ikhizgilov.

Third place in the county and eighth in the region went to the $1.7 million sale of 855 Tower View Circle in New Hope. Michael J. Speeney and Joyce Speeney were the sellers, and Keith Coleman and Susan Coleman were the buyers.

In fourth place in the county and tenth in the region, Joshua Hart and Meredith Hart sold 248 Avenue A in Doylestown to Rick Vala and Sarah Vala for $1.57 million.
