A Former Wawa in Levittown is Up for Sale. But There Are Some Conditions

Seven former Wawa locations are up for sale in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, including one in Levittown.

An old Wawa location owned by Millville Manufacturing Co. in Levittown is currently up for sale, writes Chris Ullery for Bucks County Courier Times. There is, however, a catch for anyone who wishes to purchase the property.

According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, the building appeared alongside six other Wawas in an offering memorandum last month.

The location at 6016 Bristol-Emilie Road in Bristol Township was the second cheapest available, at $500,000. MSC Retail, Inc., a Philadelphia-based company, organized the portfolio.

A few years prior, a new location opened just a mile away from the old Wawa off New Falls Road. The new location featured gas pumps as part of Wawa’s plan to build more fueling stations.

The former Wawa closed with the opening of the new location and has remained empty since.

The seven stores are available as a package deal or to purchase individually. However, a deed restriction is in place for all locations to ensure that they aren’t purchased by similar stores like 7-Eleven or Exxon Mobil stations.

The location cannot be used for gas stations or convenience stores or be converted into a “coffee store, doughnut store, sandwich store, smoothie store, quick service restaurant or drug store.”
