Luxurious Ivyland Home in Toll Brothers Development Hits Market for $3.5 M

A newly renovated 12,700-square-foot home in Ivyland is now on the market for $3.5 million.

Following a $2 million renovation, a gorgeous 12,700-square-foot home in Ivyland, part of a Toll Brothers development, is now on the market for $3.5 million, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The home is set on a one-acre lot in the Northampton Reserve Community. The residence showcases a classic Toll Brothers exterior, but the owners have reimagined the interior in an eclectic modern art style.

Roman Ovrutsky and Romina Ustayev, CEO and lead designer of Omega Home Builders in Philadelphia, respectively, purchased the seven-year-old home.

The pair then “fully gutted it out and then added all of our wish list, touches, desires to make it our home,” said Ovrutsky.

Among the upgrades are the grand double staircase in the foyer and imported marble and granite surfaces in the kitchen. There is also expansive floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, a spa-like marble shower in the primary suite, and a walk-in closet with built-in display cabinets.

The five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home also features numerous luxurious amenities. This includes a movie theater, a full gym, sauna, and a custom wine bar.

Meanwhile, the outside features an in-ground pool, a fire pit, a cabana with an outdoor kitchen, and much more.
