Five Million Dollar Bucks County Homes Among Top Ten Sales in Greater Philadelphia

Bucks County had five of the top-most expensive home sales in the Greater Philadelphia area last week.

Bucks County accounted for half of the most expensive home sales in the Philadelphia region last week, claiming four of the top five spots, according to a staff report from the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The highest home sale in Greater Philadelphia last week was 18 W. Mechanic Street, #2, in New Hope, which sold for $2.5 million. Katherine V. Coverdale was the seller, and Thomas Jacob the buyer.

The second-highest sale was 103 Pintail Point, also in New Hope, which sold for $2.48 million. Michael and Susan Lewis sold the home to Daniel Ireland and Kamila Khairoullina.

Third place went to the $2.45 million sale of 3380 Indian Springs Road in Doylestown. John E. and Wendy R. Watson were the sellers, and Patriot Estate was the buyer.

In fourth place, Bruce R. and Donna White sold 3516 Wellsford Lane in Doylestown to Brian J. Weck and Diane Giardino Weck for $2.4 million.

Rounding out the list in sixth place was 216 S. Sugan Road in New Hope, which sold for $1.89 million. Charles Howard Napier and Thomas Vincent Seminara sold the home to Kelscey Boyle and Brandon Hall.
