The Peeps in the Village event has returned to Peddler’s Village in Lahaska for its sixth year, featuring over 100 amazing Peeps creations for fans to vote on, reports Bob Kelly for FOX 29 Philadelphia.
Each submission is made entirely of Peeps and is divided into three categories: wall art, diorama, and sculpture. Then visitors, who have the opportunity to view all the creative and colorful displays through April 27, vote for their favorite creations.
After all the votes are counted, a winner is selected in each category based on popular choice.
This year, the creations range from a bouquet of flowers to a minion to a sundae – and so much more. Some of the submissions were crafted by kids, while others were the result of family projects.
The event also supports the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia by raising funds. Visitors who donate money will receive an additional ballot for the People’s Choice Award for each dollar that they contribute.
The Peeps in the Village event is available during working hours, except on Easter.
