Freedom Village at Brandywine recently participated in the Life Care Services Foundation Awareness Week, held from April 7-11, 2025.
The LCS Foundation plays a vital role in several key areas: developing future leaders in the senior living industry; supporting Alzheimer’s care, support, and research initiatives; and providing crucial financial relief to Life Care Services employees facing crisis situations.
Freedom Village at Brandywine demonstrated its commitment to these worthy causes by raising $500 for the foundation through a variety of fundraising activities, such as selling 50/50 raffle tickets, conducting a plant sale and staff “casual dress down day.”
“We are proud to support the LCS Foundation and its important work, especially because it makes a significant impact not only on our team members but also on the broader community,” said Freedom Village Executive Director, Danielle Geyer. “The generosity of our residents and staff highlights the strong sense of community here at Freedom Village at Brandywine.”
