Bucks County is home to four towns that rank among the most expensive places for homes in Pennsylvania, according to a new report by Stacker.
To compile the list, Stacker used data from Zillow. Places are ranked based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of January 2025.
New Hope is highest on the list in fourth place with a typical home value of $838,325. This represents a one-year increase in value of 4.2 percent and a five-year increase of 47.8 percent.
Furlong, with a typical home value of $686,746, placed at No. 11. The town recorded a one-year price change of 3.9 percent and a five-year price change of 42.7 percent.
Richboro follows closely at No. 12 with a median home value of $652,727. This is a one-year value increase of 5.1 percent, and a five-year rise of 45.8 percent.
The Bucks County list is rounded out by Yardley at No.25 with a typical home value of $573,363, a one-year price increase of 5.8 percent, as well as a five-year price rise of 51.3 percent.
