A group of Philadelphia Eagles players shared some insight into their favorite foods and the list is a diverse one filled with some unique dishes, according to a PA Eats report.
For Saquon Barkley, health is the main priority when it comes to what foods he puts into his body. Specifically, he eats meals with grains, proteins, and plant-based nutrition. However, he is also a big fan of chocolate-covered pretzels. Barkley even stars in a Super Bowl ad for Flipz, a company that makes chocolate-covered pretzels.
As a Texas native, Jalen Hurts loves his Southern cooking, especially crawfish, which he learned to cook from his father and grandfather.
That isn’t too dissimilar from DeVonta Smith, whose favorite food is crawfish étouffée. However, like a true adopted Philadelphian, he also has an addiction to Wawa. He’s especially big on the honey turkey hoagie.
Lane Johnson’s diet is one inspired by sumo wrestlers’. Typical meals consist of a rice bowl with lean meat, bone broth, scrambled eggs, and red peppers.
A Hamburger Helper from his mother is enough to satisfy Jalen Carter’s appetite.
Nolan Smith is quite the chef, as he is able to make anything from venison to risotto, turkey, and seafood.
Meanwhile, A.J. Brown loves fruits, particularly mangoes and grapefruits.
