Main Street Sport & Social in Doylestown recently added Main Sip, a new cocktail bar and lounge, to its indoor entertainment venue, writes Michele Haddon for the Bucks County Courier Times.
Main Sip is located on the third floor of the Main Street Marketplace and is the result of a partnership with 1675 Spirits, a Bensalem-based distillery.
Will Wister, who opened Main Swing Indoor Golf Lounge on the second floor in 2023 and later added Main Strike indoor bowling and Main Stroke indoor miniature golf, believes Main Sip will perfectly complement these offerings.
“The plan all along was to make this an all-encompassing place,” he said. “And the bar was really the final piece where people could have an experience for the whole family. We’re excited to round out the picture of what we wanted to achieve at the end of the day.”
The new bar’s menu highlights 1675’s line of spirits with specially crafted cocktails and a curated selection of Pennsylvania wines and beers. Many cocktails are golf-inspired or themed after other sports, such as the Transfusion (vodka, grape, lime, and ginger ale) and the Ace Paloma (tequila, grapefruit, and soda).
