Mercatino Italiano and Giovanni’s Pizza, located in Quakertown’s Trainer’s Corner shopping center, will launch Insieme Event Venue, a new event space at the same location later this year, writes Graysen Golter for The Morning Call.
The venue, positioned to the left of Mercatino Italiano, will accommodate up to 100 people and feature a lounge and bar area. It will offer a bring-your-own-beer policy, custom catering options, food selections, a television, and a Bluetooth sound system, according to an announcement by the Italian market’s owners, Kristin and Vince Randazzo, shared on Facebook and the venue’s website.
“‘Insieme,’ meaning ‘together’ in Italian, is a beautiful and powerful word that signifies unity, collaboration, and connection,” the couple said in the announcement. “It’s used to express the idea of people coming together for a shared purpose, celebrating togetherness, or fostering community [and] embodies our exact vision for the space.”
The Randazzos said that they will soon be sharing the official date for the grand opening party.
Mercatino Italiano is also working on opening a new location at the Five 10 Flats building in Bethlehem this year.
