The Capital Grille, renowned for its dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood, and exceptional wine selection, is just weeks away from opening its first location in Bucks County, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

The new restaurant, located at the Village at Newtown Shopping Center, will open its doors on Monday, Sept. 9 at 4 PM.

Housed in the former Pier One Imports store, the restaurant has undergone an extensive transformation to become a fine dining destination.

Guests will be greeted by the iconic lion statues and pass through a wine cellar boasting 3,000 bottles before reaching the 150-seat main dining room and 25-seat bar and lounge area.

Managing Partner Michael Callahan, a Bucks County native, expressed excitement about bringing The Capital Grille to his hometown.

“We’re looking forward to delivering memorable dining experiences,” he said.

The menu will feature expertly prepared steaks, dry-aged in-house for up to 24 days, and a variety of signature dishes, including Pan-Fried Calamari and Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese.

The restaurant also offers a Wine Spectator-recognized list of over 350 selections, with personalized recommendations from knowledgeable servers.
