Everything’s peachy at Peddler’s Village, which is slated to host its Annual Peach Festival this weekend, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

This beloved summer event will feature a variety of peach-themed treats, including pies and fritters, fresh local peaches, and more.

Guests of all ages can enjoy live entertainment, kids’ activities, summer sidewalk sales, and delectable offerings from food trucks and the Water Wheel Tent.

The festival will also showcase large sand sculptures celebrating favorite summer activities.

House-baked peach crumb pies are available for pre-order on the Peddler’s Village website and will be for sale at the festival.

Village restaurants will offer peach-inspired food and beverage specials throughout August.

Admission to the Peach Festival is free, with food, drinks, and some activities available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
