Atlee Square, the newly opened luxury apartment complex at Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown, welcomed its first residents on August 3, even as construction continues, writes Katherine Cressman for the Bucks County Courier Times.
Located off Route 1 and Woodbourne Road, the complex offers 391 units with rents starting at $1,980 per month.
Property manager Laylaa Ahmad confirmed that the complex features nine different apartment layouts. While construction is expected to wrap up by January 2025, residents have already begun moving in. The building occupies the former site of Boscov’s and part of its parking lot.
Simon Properties, owner of the Oxford Valley Mall, hopes this development will rejuvenate the mall, which has been a local landmark since 1973. The project may eventually expand to 600 units.
The Atlee Square website provides detailed information for prospective residents, including photo galleries, floor plans, and a tour booking option. Move-in costs include a $65 application fee, a $250 hold fee, a $300 security deposit, and a $500 amenity fee.
