Two proposed developments could add 205 new homes to Dublin Borough, writes Jess Rohan for the Bucks County Courier Times.
Nehemiah Development Company plans to build 127 homes on the historic Moyer Farm at Route 313 and Rickerts Road.
The project includes 54 single-family homes, 14 twin homes, and a 45-unit apartment building. Nehemiah, known for developing the nearby Dublin Town Center, aims to preserve the farm’s original barn and silos, converting them into commercial spaces.
Separately, The Landmark at Dublin developers have broken ground on a 78-unit luxury apartment complex.
If approved, Nehemiah’s projects will have a considerable impact, covering about 15 percent of the borough’s land.
