A Montgomery County family is behind Ardmore-based Holland & Milan Organics, a natural skincare line inspired by a loved one lost to lupus, writes Kim Hudson for CBS News Philadelphia.  

Founded by Francis Pascal in 2017, Holland & Milan Organics is more than just a business—it’s a tribute. Pascal’s daughters, Holland, 9, and Milan, 12, actively contribute to the family venture, from harvesting ingredients like lavender and rosemary to ensuring each product is aesthetically perfect. 

The company’s roots run deep, with each product crafted from plant-based, all-natural ingredients grown in their garden.  

The butterfly in their logo symbolizes lupus awareness, a nod to Pascal’s sister-in-law, Khaleilah Banks, who passed away from the disease in 2018. 

“She predicted we’d be a multi-million-dollar company,” Pascal said.  

The Main Line-owned business continues to honor Khaleilah’s legacy.
