Ethan Mazer founded Empower Event Group when he was 15. Today, at 26, he is the head of a full-service entertainment company that organizes mitzvahs, Sweet 16 parties, weddings, school events, and much more.
Gladwyne sisters Alexis and Taylor Brady are co-founders of Bored No More. The 17-year-old Alexis and 15-year-old Taylor have raised more than $15,000 for their charity project that provides bags filled with goodies, such as coloring books, Play-Doh, and card games to kids in hospitals.
The 26-year-old Lower Merion High School alum Lizzy Friedman is the founder of Lower Merion Foodie and Iconic Creative Consulting. The former highlights suburban restaurants and businesses, while the latter helps clients make more of an impact on social media.
Lizzie Shacklett, author of I Read Before Bed, started the nonprofit Literacy Is Lit. The rising junior at Agnes Irwin School hosts book drives for schools in need and has distributed more than 20,000 books so far.
