Founded in 2013, Dublin’s Sweet Victory bakery is a lifeline for dessert lovers with gluten and dairy allergies, writes Jess Rohan for the Bucks County Courier Times.
By 2020, Veronica Bak’s dedication led her to open a storefront at 105 Main Street, making Sweet Victory the only retail bakery in Bucks County that’s gluten and dairy-free by default.
“Many people with gluten sensitivities also have trouble with dairy,” Bak explained, emphasizing the importance of her bakery’s unique offerings. The bakery also caters to those with egg allergies and offers vegan options.
All baked goods are made from scratch using her proprietary flour blend, on equipment dedicated to avoiding cross-contamination.
The menu boasts a variety of cakes, cookies, pies, cupcakes, brownies, donuts, and more. Sweet Victory has even catered events with custom cakes for up to 250 people.
Products are also available at local groceries across Bucks and Montgomery counties, including Kimberton Whole Foods and Organnons Market Wrightstown.
