Warrington has approved an inter-municipal liquor license transfer for the new sports bar and family-friendly restaurant set to open at The Shops at Valley Square, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
Partners Gary Cardi, Brad Daniels, and John Krinis plan to create a vibrant dining and entertainment space featuring a 60-seat bar, a 150-seat restaurant, and a 60-seat outdoor area at the former Bar Louie location.
According to their liquor license attorney Ed McHugh, they have secured a lease and a liquor license purchase agreement.
The project includes a $1 million renovation focusing on aesthetic improvements, including the installation of a pizza oven and sports simulators.
Chef Brad Daniels will lead the kitchen, offering American cuisine with a European twist.
With extensive experience in the restaurant industry, the partners aim to blend the high-energy atmosphere of sports bars with quality dining.
The establishment will be open from 10 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
