Cantina Feliz, Fort Washington’s longtime upmarket Mexican restaurant, will move into its new space in downtown Ambler in August.

La Baja is a new 30-seat, moderately upscale BYOB in Ambler, where the cooking will offer a fusion of the northern Mexican border cuisine of Baja with ingredients from the Mediterranean and Asia.

Mary, from Chad Rosenthal of Lucky Well Incubator, is an upcoming “dark, sexy, intimate” cocktail bar in downtown Ambler.

Food trucker Charlie Sokowski is opening Chewy’s, his first brick-and-mortar location which will be in Spring House.

The owners of Jasper’s Backyard in Conshohocken are opening another eatery in Fort Washington with a something-for-everyone menu.

Izzy’s in Ardmore will be a 24-seater modeled after the SG Club in Tokyo. It will focus on sake and serve a few handrolls.

The Markley in Norristown is a combination of an 18-seat gaming arcade and a BYOB with a comfort food menu.

Finally, The Stotesbury in Wyndmoor is a family-friendly bar slated for an August opening.
