Lula Doylestown, the borough’s newest cocktail bar and small plate eatery, has officially opened for the summer, writes Jeff Werner for The Patch. 

This “Summer Series” venture collaborates with local restaurateur Kendall Bajek, known for Empanada Mama & Nourish by MAMA, and building owners Lynn and Bill Goldman. 

Lula’s drink menu is a highlight, featuring meticulously crafted cocktails. Notable summer drinks include the Pina Marguerita and Mezcal Old Fashioned. 

Beyond cocktails, Lula offers a selection of beers, ciders, and hard kombucha. 

The menu of “Flight Bites” pairs perfectly with the drinks, featuring dishes like cheese-stuffed arepas, shrimp ceviche, empanadas, buffalo cauliflower quesadillas, and chicken tinga taco.
