Tesla’s first store in Bucks County recently celebrated its grand opening in Warminster, writes Dino Ciliberti for the Patch.
The ceremony Thursday featured a ribbon-cutting event, demo drives, a DIY maintenance session, and a showcase of the much-anticipated Cybertruck.
Tesla Warminster, which opened quietly in February after a year of construction, occupies a 56,000-square-foot building on a nine-acre site.
This new store is now the largest Tesla facility in Pennsylvania, adding to the company’s presence in King of Prussia and Devon.
The project’s cost is estimated between $6-8 million and is expected to create 30-40 local jobs.
The facility includes a service area with two rows of parking, an alignment center, and a waiting area and showroom featuring two Tesla vehicles.
Service and repairs will be conducted by appointment only, with a dedicated repair area equipped with 18 lifts.
Interestingly, the property is currently up for sale, listed at $18.9 million, with a brand-new, 12-year lease and options to extend.
