Second Sin Brewing Company is set to open a new taproom in Newtown Borough later this month, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

The new location at 17 N. State Street, which previously housed Rittenhouse Home, will officially open its doors at noon on April 27.

The upcoming 1,400-square-foot taproom will feature a 12-tap system offering a balanced selection of beers, including IPAs, stouts, sours, and lagers, alongside cocktails and Pennsylvania-produced wines.

This variety aims to cater to diverse palates, from casual beer drinkers to aficionados. Jake Howell, head brewer at Second Sin, emphasized their commitment to maintaining a balanced beer list to ensure there’s something for everyone.

Significant investments have been made to ensure the taproom is both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable.

Second Sin is recognized as one of the top breweries in Pennsylvania.

As the doors open later this month, Second Sin looks forward to welcoming both new patrons and long-time fans to experience this fresh setting.
