Gwynedd Mercy University (GMercyU) is offering a four-week Esports & Gaming Summer Camp in partnership with Metro Esports this summer for students in grades three to seven.

The camp will focus on Fortnite and Roblox and offered on the following weeks, with the option to register for one, two, three, or all four weeks:

• Jul. 29-Aug. 2
• Aug. 5-9
• Aug. 12-16
• Aug. 19-23

The camp’s curriculum is designed to offer a balance of teamwork, competitive play, and creative learning centered on Fortnite and Roblox gameplay. Each week of camp features challenges, team-based activities, and free time to explore other games. Campers will engage in daily lessons in Roblox Studio and Unreal Engine to get a glimpse into game design.

At the conclusion of camp, attendees will understand the basics of gaming, improve strategic communication, and explore career pathways in Game Design and STEM. The camp is designed for campers of all skill levels and provides a safe and organized environment for campers to learn more about their favorite games.

The Esports & Gaming Universe Summer Camp costs $399 for a full week.
