Bristol Township Council has approved the development of a new storage and staging depot for Elements Landscaping along Levittown Parkway next to the Church of Christ.

Bristol Township Council has approved the development of a new storage and staging depot for Elements Landscaping on a 1.8-acre site along Levittown Parkway, writes JD Mullane for the Bucks County Courier Times.

The depot will serve as the headquarters for the local business, owned by Larry Fulford.

Some residents have expressed concerns about the impact of the area’s character and potential traffic complications. The depot will be set back 60 feet from the parkway to minimize visibility and traffic disruption.

The landscaping company plans to enhance the site with dense plantings of Green Giant arborvitaes to shield a 4,000-square-foot pole barn for equipment storage, addressing aesthetic concerns by blending the structure with the surrounding environment.

The site, which is currently wooded and has issues with neglected trees and transient occupancy, will not be open to the public, and no landscaping work will be performed on the premises.

With the council’s approval, owner Larry Fulford is committed to paving the gravel lot within a year of operation and maintaining a low profile in daily activities, with employee traffic restricted to early morning and late afternoon on weekdays.
