Dunkin‘ opened its newest “next-generation restaurant” in Wrightstown last month, offering a look at the chain’s store of the future, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

“The new Next Gen restaurant features a modern design that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment,” says the company.

“Complete with a new, warm interior color palette, the restaurant also offers atmospheric lighting, a convenient drive-thru, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an innovative tap system.”

Its modern design is one of the elements of the next-gen experience at the Wrightstown restaurant. The chain used colors and materials that helped create an approachable, positive, and energetic environment for the new location.

There is also a new and innovative tap system that serves a selection of consistently cold drinks, including iced coffee, iced tea, Cold Brew, and Nitro-Infused Cold Brew.

The new location has introduced a dedicated area for mobile pickups to allow members of the Dunkin’ Rewards program who use Dunkin’s Mobile App to order to get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever.

Additionally, these next-gen restaurants meet DD Green Achievement specifications, which means they are designed with sustainable and efficient elements, such as LED lighting and high-efficiency mechanical equipment.
