Bucks is Among the Best Counties to Retire in Pennsylvania

Bucks County has been ranked among the top twenty-five best places to retire in The Keystone State, according to Stacker.  

Stacker crafted this list based on data from Niche that ranked counties on factors including cost of living, healthcare, weather, and recreation.  

Bucks County ranked no. 21 on the list based on its outdoor activities, which earned an A. The county also earned a C+ in both cost of living and weather.  

The top places in the county for retirees were Newtown Grant, Woodside, and Buckingham Township.  

Nearby Delaware County ranked no. 12 on the list with a B- in weather and an A in outdoor activities.  

Montgomery County is no. 3 on the list, with Penn Wynne, Ardmore, and Narberth as the top towns.  

The top county for retirees was Montour County for its cost of living and outdoor activities.
