Peddler’s Village was awash in vibrant green as participants celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, joining forces for a charitable cause through the “Shake Your Shamrock” event, all while supporting a valued local nonprofit, writes Nick Iadonisi for 6 ABC Philadelphia.

Scoogie Snyder, the heart behind Scoogie Events, has dedicated over ten years to orchestrating running events that champion charitable causes. This passion was ignited by a personal tragedy – the loss of his brother, an avid triathlete, which deeply influenced Snyder. “

“I feel him with me, I feel his presence and I just feel great about what we’re doing. We’re bringing people to their happy place,” Snyder shared, reflecting on the profound connection to his brother’s memory through these events.

This particular St. Patrick’s Day event directed its support towards the Bucks County Opportunity Council, emphasizing the organization’s commitment to making a tangible difference.

Looking ahead, Scoogie Events is gearing up for their next gathering, “Boogie Down the Bypass,” slated for April 28th.
