Construction for the Delaware River condo project in Bristol Borough is advancing at a steady pace, writes Tom Sofield for Levittown Now.

For the past several weeks, crews have been working on the first of six planned five-story buildings at the former site of Merchant Shipbuilding Corporation’s Harriman Shipyard. Upon completion, there will be a total of 96 condos.

The 7-acre site is located along Radcliffe Street, between the Radcliffe Court townhome complex and the Island View Crossing office building.

The condo complex is developed by Mark Schweiker, the former governor, and Bucks County native, along with builder Bernie Sauer, of BCS Builders.

The starting price for the Condos at Radcliffe Court is $357,000. The units are designed to have between two and four bedrooms along with riverfront vistas.
