Bristol Borough's Carmella McGonegal converted her mortgage office into a no-cost prom boutique this past weekend.

Bristol Borough’s Carmella McGonegal converted her mortgage office into a no-cost prom boutique this past weekend, writes Tom Sofield for Levittown Now.

The boutique offered a dream come true for young women in need of prom dresses and accessories.

The owner of Advisors Mortgage Group, McGonegal is at the heart of Project Glam, a prom dress giveaway event aiming to make prom night memorable for every high schooler, regardless of their financial situation.

The event allowed attendees to select from dresses, shoes, jewelry, and makeup, all free of charge.

Driven by a lifelong dream to support her community, McGonegal has turned her office into the ideal setting for this giveaway, partnering with local businesses and using social media to gather nearly 1,000 dresses.

The effort was supported by contributions from the community.
