Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope is getting a significant boost thanks to a grant Pennsylvania Educational Tax Improvement Credit Program.

Fashion icon Isaac Mizrahi and America’s Got Talent contestant Chris Funk will bring their respective shows to the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope in March, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.

The shows will be a continuation of the theater’s Winter-Spring Visiting Artists Series.

Mizrahi will present his cabaret-style show with plenty of panache at 1:30 and 7:30 PM on March 23. Mizrahi has been working in the entertainment industry for more than three decades as a performer, host, writer, designer, and producer.

On Saturday, he will be accompanied by his band of jazz musicians as he performs tunes from Madonna, Barbra Streisand, Cole Porter, and more.

Meanwhile, Funk will round out the month with his family-friendly magic show on March 30. Funk will also have two shows, at 1:30 and 7:30 PM.

The comedy magician presents an engaging and visceral multimedia experience that is guaranteed to entertain and stump audience members for years to come. In addition to America’s Got Talent, he has been featured on Hell’s Kitchen, Penn & Teller: Fool Us, and Masters of Illusion.
