Bristol is announcing the commencement of three projects to improve the borough’s infrastructure, writes Alex Irving for Levittown Now.

The initiatives, detailed by borough engineer Amanda Fuller, involves transforming the stormwater swale into vegetation.

This project aims to filter pollutants and promote water infiltration. It’s funded by two grants.

About $542,000 will go towards the Adams Hollow Creek stream bank project, which will focus on preserving the creek’s bank.

The final project consists of creating between eight to ten new parking spaces along Maple Street Road to mitigate traffic congestion during festivals.
