As the new Wegman’s in Lower Makefield Township is getting ready for its grand opening on March 20, construction for the building’s exterior has been completed, writes Dino Ciliberti for The Patch.

The 88,000 square foot store’s operations team is currently setting up the store, training on-site employees, and testing recipes and equipment.

This location will be the second in Bucks County, joining many other retail outlets in the Prickett Preserve shopping center.

The store is still hiring for select and part-time positions and is hosting a hiring event for food service roles on February 5 from noon to 6 PM.

Applications are available online, but walk-in applicants will be interviewed at the event.

The store will employ 415 people.
