Five Bucks County towns are among the top twenty-five most expensive municipalities for purchasing a home in Pennsylvania.

Five Bucks County towns are among the top twenty-five most expensive municipalities for purchasing a home in Pennsylvania, according to Stacker.  

Stacker compiled the list based on data from Zillow home prices for January 2024.  

Yardley was no. 25 on the list with a typical home value of $547,396. Churchville ranked no. 16 with a typical home value of $607,803.  

Richboro landed in the 13th spot for its typical home value of $624,743. Furlong was no. 11 on the list with a typical home value of $656,571. 

New Hope ranked the highest out of Bucks County towns on the list with a typical home value of $817,977.
