A Yardley home made its television debut in the popular reality series 'House Hunters' on HGTV, as a couple searched for their dream home.

A Yardley home made its television debut in the popular reality series ‘House Hunters‘ on HGTV, writes Michele Haddon for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Local real estate agent Andrew Jacobs worked with married couple Brian Sanders and Hilary Levine, who moved to the opposite coast from Laguna Beach, California.

The pair looked at homes in both the Pennsylvania suburbs and New Jersey, encompassing both Brian and Hilary’s ideas of a perfect home.

While Brian wanted a shore home, Hilary preferred a much larger home in the suburbs.

Jacobs said that they ensured every property they looked at had water near it to ensure that it gave “the California feel.”

The couple toured a Yardley home that fit the bill, featuring a pool in the backyard.

The episode, which premiered on HGTV last week, is available for streaming on Apple TV Plus.
